"New Generation Lithuania" is Lithuanian strategy to leverage the European Commission's Economic Recovery and Resilience Enhancement Facility (EGADP, also known as RRF).
This initiative aims to address the economic and social impacts by financing structural reforms and promoting economic recovery within member states.
This measure is a component of the European Union's comprehensive "Next Generation EU" package, designed to foster economic growth and readiness for future challenges.
Based on "Next Generation EU" package this platform implementation has been fostered with following projects (grants):

Project Code:
02-006-K-0091
Project Duration:
from 31/07/2023 till 31/07/2024 (extended till 31/12/2024)
EU Funding:
48'573.42 EUR
Project Owner:
UAB Provocati
Project Goal:
Create a platform to facilitate the development of a larger cooperation/logistics network in the field of road freight
transport. We are developing a digital cargo collaboration network to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve the
overall sustainability of the road transport sector.
Addressable Problems:
Achieving zero emissions in the road transport sector in the
European Union by 2050 is an ambitious goal that will require significant efforts and investments. About 70% of
EU freight is transported by road, and the EEA report "Monitoring of Greenhouse Gas Emissions in the EU" states
that in 2019, heavy-duty vehicles (HDVs) in the EU emitted 147 million tons of CO2 equivalent. Heavy-duty vehicles
account for 28% of EU road transport CO2 emissions, despite making up only 2% of vehicles. Since 2014, CO2 emissions
from heavy-duty vehicles have increased annually, and only decreased in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The
average lifespan of a truck is 18 years, which means that, despite new targets, CO2-emitting trucks may still be on
the road in 2050, when the EU aims to achieve its net-zero goal. Currently, only about 1% of trucks do not rely on
internal combustion engines.
Top Level Scope:
- Shippers and carriers self-registration into the platform
- Shippers can register a cargo (type of cargo, cargo parts, pickup and delivery places/time)
- Shippers can automatically search for available carriers transportation possibilities
- Shippers perform communication with cariers on cargo transportation conditions
- Shippers make confirmation of cargo transportation orders
- Carriers can provide their general route/transporting destionations & prices
- Carriers additionally can submit (in the platform) their actual routes (and space availability) via UI or API
- Carriers can provide transportation offers manually or automationcally base on configuration in platform
- Carriers can choose which cargo offers they taking, suggest offer transportation conditions & terms

Project Code:
08-006-K-0011
Project Duration:
from 31/12/2023 till 31/12/2024
EU Funding:
49'481.78 EUR
Project Owner:
UAB Provocati
Project Goal:
Create a digital cargo passport that contains all the
information about the cargo (parameters, related parties, statuses, documents) and its history, as well
as integrating the cargo with a 5G modem that monitors various cargo status parameters and transmits them
for storage in the cargo passport.
Addressable Problems:
By optimizing route planning and cargo consolidation, we aim to reduce fuel waste and emissions, thereby contributing
to the creation of a more sustainable and eco-friendly road freight transport system.
The primary idea is to bridge the gap between the digital systems of various stakeholders, enabling seamless and rapid
exchange of electronic data, which would increase efficiency and collaboration.
The project requires 5G connectivity, as the low-latency feature of 5G ensures that data from tracking devices is transmitted
in real-time, allowing shippers and carriers to instantly update location and status information. Only 5G technology can handle
the high volume and speed of data transmission needed at critical supply chain points such as warehousing, storage,
and sorting facilities.
With the advent of 5G connectivity, it is possible to process larger amounts of data in a shorter time, paving the way to
create a solution of significantly higher quality than those currently offered in the market.
Top Level Scope:
- Shippers self-registration into the platform
- Shippers can register a cargo (type of cargo, cargo parts, pickup and delivery places/time)
- Shippers can downloand mobile app (compatible with 5G devices tracking)
- Shippers get tracking numbers and bound it to the registered cargo
- 5G position tracker is mounted to actual cargo and will track cargo position changes
- Shippers can view cargo actual location and see transportation history and conditions
